I am have been on the edges of Knowledge Management and worked alongside many knowledge managers throughout my career as learning and organisational development professional in both International Development and Humanitarian contexts.

One thing I know I have in common with many knowledge managers is an awareness that group facilitation and effective collaboration are essential skills for anyone working in this space.

I have joined KM4Dev to share a facilitation skills course, my colleague and I have tailored especially for International Development actors (including yourselves).

The course will be delivered on zoom and will teach participants skills they can apply online or in face to face environments.
