 ou to participate in a new e-learning programme focusing on socio-econ
 omic policies for child rights with equity. This free, self-paced onli
 ne course is available to all development partners at UN agencies, gov
 ernments, universities and civil society organizations. \nCourse desc
 ription: This innovative programme is a foundational course on economi
 c and social policies to promote equity and child rights. The topics c
 overed include: the human rights-based approach to development; equita
 ble macroeconomic and sector policies; public finance and social budge
 ting; multidimensional poverty; social protection, migration and clima
 te change. \nThe e-course aims to provide evidence-based arguments an
 d advocacy skills needed to promote equity and children's rights in pu
 blic policy, in the context of recent developments such as the economi
 c crisis or high food prices. \nCourse duration: The course is self-d
 irected and may be completed at your own pace.\nRegistration: This cou
 rse is being offered free of charge to ensure maximum outreach. Upon c
 ompletion of each module, a test is administered and a certificate wil
