DESCRIPTION:The Turin Learning Link is a reoccurring event created to 
 be a meeting place for capacity development policy makers and practiti
 oners. The goal is to explore existing knowledge within the extended c
 ommunity of practice while enhancing the culture of cooperation among 
 development training and learning institutes (DTLIs).\n \nThe upcomin
 g edition will emphasize several perspectives on partnerships for capa
 city development. Practical approaches will be applied throughout the 
 examination of the following three topics: South-South cooperation, pr
 ivate sector participation and the MDGs, towards 2015.\n \nParticipat
