 either. But mistakes can be ok if they lead to learning, if they arenâ
 €™t repeated and don’t violate or conflict with your values.\n\nDoes
  that make it easier to talk about it? Not really, but it's worth tryi
 ng! Especially, in a community with lots of experience in sharing.\n\n
 So, please join us in sharing your best development mistake.\n\nHow do
 es it work?\nIn an informal setting, we have several tables (and drink
 s!) where mistakes are presented in 5 minutes. After the mistake is pr
 esented everyone around the table joins in and discusses the mistake a
 nd what can be learned from it. Then you move on to another table wher
 e another mistake is presented. The best mistake gets a toast and a to
