 pment of Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) to participating LINGOs agen
 cies that create VCT courses. At the end of the class participants wil
 l be able to think through how to transfer an instructor lead course t
 o an online live course. For example, how to design an icebreaker? How
  to design an open brainstorming session? How to design the content to
  be delivered in an way that engages the student? This class will take
  approximately 2.5 hours.\n\nCourse Description: Managing and Facilita
 ting a Virtual Class: This course focuses on how to take the facilitat
 ion skills that you would use with a group of people and transfer that
  to an online live format. The main focus is on how to keep the studen
 t engaged and really use the online tools to your advantage. The forma
 t of the class will be highly interactive so you can really grasp how 
 to become a highly interactive facilitator. This class will take appro
