 l Classroom Training: This course focuses on the design and developmen
 t of Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) to participating LINGOs agencies
  that create VCT courses. At the end of the class participants will be
  able to think through how to transfer an instructor lead course to an
  online live course. For example, how to design an icebreaker? How to 
 design an open brainstorming session? How to design the content to be 
 delivered in an way that engages the student? This class will take app
 roximately 2.5 hours.\n\nCourse Description: Managing and Facilitating
  a Virtual\n\nClass: This course focuses on how to take the facilitati
 on skills that you would use with a group of people and transfer that 
 to an online live format. The main focus is on how to keep the student
  engaged and really use the online tools to your advantage. The format
  of the class will be highly interactive so you can really grasp how t
 o become a highly interactive facilitator. This class will take approx
