DESCRIPTION:On August 7, 2013 the Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Lea
 rning (USAID/PPL) will be hosting a one-day Lab Session (Online Discus
 sion) on USAID’s Learning Lab website. The online discussion will se
 rve as a follow-up to the June webinar and Lab Session which focused
  on the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) framework and its 
 practical applications for USAID Mission staff and implementing partne
 rs.\n\nParticipants will have the opportunity to share how they took t
 he first steps in acting on some of the examples shared, what approach
 es to learning activities amidst resource constraints they have tried,
  and what challenges they continue to face. This discussion will also
  invite participants to share their thoughts on ways to continue the C
