 s to cultivate much stronger capabilities to design and deliver truly 
 effective ‘process’ improvements that lead to applied innovation, 
 social learning and value for money. The improvements would help us to

 ustain partnerships for impact\n•       take interventions to 
 scale\n•       engage effectively with local expertise\n• Â

 conversations\n \nOn Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 May this year, ILRI, o
 ther CGIAR centres and programmes, Full Circle Associates and Liber
 ating Structures will convene a Share Fair in Addis Ababa to share an
 d develop expertise and experiences in the areas listed above, with a 
 main focus on agriculture and rural development.\n \nWe have space fo
 r 30-40 people max. We hope a lot of innovators in this area will join
  us from within Ethiopia and nearby. Everyone is a peer learner/contri
 butor. We will practice what we preach!\n \nWe especially welcome act
 ive participants working in and with learning, innovation and knowledg
 e sharing processes who want to take this opportunity to demonstrate,
